They were prompt and communicated with me quickly with updates as they waited for some of the backordered parts to be delivered to them. Once they received the parts from their suppliers they worked quickly to repair my car exactly to my liking. Their price was fair for the work they did. They helped me out a ton by letting me use one of their loaner cars until my car was fixed at no charge!! They speak for themselves on the amazing body work and whatever else they had to do to make this wreck my brand new 2021 car again. Not only did they speak to me every week (38 days of damage and part seeking-difficult in these times) they gave me updates, were so courteous and friendly when I called, constantly. They were/are AMAZING if I ever hit a 200lb buck again I would have it towed 300 miles to have THEM work on it. This is the most amazing body shop and they have the most empathetic and understanding people I have ever met. I would more than recommend them to get any car fixed, I would force you to choose them! Paul Miller Collision Center will not let you down. I’ve now used their services 3 times and every time my car came out more beautiful than ever before. While the condition of the front office is a little dusty and grimy, your car will come out super shiny. Having an older car shipped over from Europe I was a little worried at first they wouldn’t find the parts, but my worries were ill-founded. They found every part at a very reasonable price. Valerie in the office rocks! She might come over a little blunt, but that’s only because she knows her stuff and won’t sugarcoat the repair needed and the cost. It has been ducky working with her. Fab, the manager, excels in customer service and professionalism. He creates a trustworthy atmosphere which reassured me that the work would be well done. I'm a first time BMW owner and was nervous when I needed a repair (luxury vehicle parts can be pricey) but the manager was so amazing the whole way through, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! He walked me through my options and took a conservative approach on my repair. He was able to fix it without me having to order an additional/larger part and it saved me a good amount of money. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what was needed and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. The work was pristine and it was done really quickly too!
